[IMPLEMENTED] Spin Rewriter

I'd love to see this added. Why you ask? I tested this alongside Chimp Rewriter. And this wins, hands down. It is as the sales copy says. And it is one of the best tools I've used. It understands semantics, meaning and while I might have to correct one or two things, it is literally ONE OR TWO THINGS, seconds, not minutes or hours.

I was hoping to have this added in this weekend along with the secondary captcha solver option but the extra captcha solver support took longer than I expected and an increase in support questions meant it will have to wait until a little later this week. It will be added soon though.
