[IMPLEMENTED] On/Off Toggle for Functions

I thought it would be helpful to be able to toggle functions on and off when I want to. Such as the searching for new keywords, etc. Also, it would be nice to be able to edit the keywords it's found on it's own. Just more functionality for personalized use.

You can currently turn on and off most features. I have always intended to add a target and keyword handler, kinda like the page handler in the profile handler.

In fact the target handler and keyword handler are in the early stages of development already, it is just a matter of time (hopefully this month).
