Currently No Hands SEO is not setup to handle accounts, sign-ups and google+ and facebook regularly change their sign-up and posting system so this would really be the work of a dedicated tool rather than something like NHSEO so it isn't likely to be implemented, at least not soon.

Thank you for the suggestion though.
