[IMPLEMENTED] SpinChimp/ChimpRewriter

Could this be added as an alternative to TBS? I've been using SC (soon to be updated to 2.0 as ChimpRewriter) for about a year and find it better, easier to work with and faster.

I did intend on adding this and TBS support earlier but other features took precedence over them and I am now in the process of updating to a whole new version (NHSEO v2) and will be adding more search engines, more platforms and also all the other updates I have been meaning to add for a while. The new setup that I am currently building will make adding new features and functions much simpler.
