Would like to be able to duplicate it and then change url of project then save.

This has been brought up many times and it is very unlikely to get implemented as having more than 1 project with the same search keywords will result in the profiles having the exact same linking pattern which would be a huge footprint resulting in a big red flag. This could have very unwanted consequences.
