I am kind of concert about the types of posts created by NHSEO. Are those post primary blog comments?

No Hands SEO will currently post Blog Comments, Trackbacks, Image Galleries, Guestbooks, Whois sites, Website Stats sites, Forums, Link Shorteners and will also Submit RSS Feeds and sitemaps. Article submissions and Web2.0 platforms will be supported in the next week or two.

No Hands SEO is far more than just a blog commenter, also it is important to note that Blog Comments are still a very viable source of good backlinks.
