I am aware of what version you are running. There has not been a control labelled "Full Address" for a very long time. Your version is very outdated and will not be supported.

In the latest versions there isn't really a distinction between websites and pages like there were in previous versions (when setting up a profile at least). When you got your purchase email did you update your software to the latest version from the members area?

Naming of profiles isn't supported yet so you should only enter in your page addresses into the "Page Address(es)" input.
If you want to name your profile you can do what you have done and then remove the page with that address using the Pages tab in the Profile Handler. This shouldn't have an effect on anything other than the whois submissions (everything uses the page list completely)

I am sorry I don't understand what you are asking, the profile address of the profile is not editable because it is used as an identifier of the profile in many parts of the code.
I don't understand what distinction you are making between a URL and a page, they are the same thing as far as the tool is concerned.
When setting up your profile you only need to enter in your list of pages (or a single page) that you want to promote into the Full Address(es) input. This is just the same as entering in a profile as you would have in all of the older versions, the only difference is the layout but the control is the same and acts the same way.
