i just loaded up my sites ran 2 of my sites 4 days ago said i had 3 days left. it crashed when i reloaded it said it expired no way i had been running seven days. took me some time to load all that info in there what a @$^$$^ mess

I am sorry but the trial date and timing has been thoroughly tested for a number of months before it was released to ensure that this could not happen unless the system was tried to be gamed. I am not saying that you tried to cheat the system but the only way this would happen would be if there was some sort of inconsistency noticed, this could potentially be unintentional or be a legitimate reason for it.

I will happily take a look at it for you if you would like but you will need to setup TeamViewer and send me your login details via PM or email, DO NOT POST LOGIN DETAILS PUBLICALLY. With this I will be able to take a look at what is happening and if there is a legitimate reason for it fix it for you.

As I stated it was tested for a very long time without any hint of an issue and it has been in use since early October without any other users having any sort of issue with it.

I did say that there could have been some legitimate reason for the trial finishing early, I cannot think of why but am more than happy to investigate your specific situation to see what could have possibly happened and correct it for you.

I did not accuse you at all so please do not think that I did.

i like to know how can the system be "gamed" by me testing a trial software???? maybe i will buy a copy is there a discount code?

I would rather not discuss potential ways to circumvent any aspect of the trial time limitation. As I have stated previously it could have been something unintentional or perhaps even something that you had no idea even happened, that is why I have offered to take a look at it for you. As this has never happened before I cannot say try X or do Y because it shouldn't have happened like that and I have no experience with the trial ending sooner than expected so would have to take a look at it myself.
