Problem with NHSEO

So this product is really Awesome and I know it has become a stable in my tools and services.

I have one problem which I wrote to Jim about but I know he might be busy in this time period so I wonder if anybody can help me with it.

Each time I load NHSEO up, it works for 2 minutes and then it just shuts it self down and off. Everytime I reload it, it does the same thing. SO I cant get the tool to work at the moment. I have tried shutting off all other programs so they dont interfere but it still continues to do this !

Any ideas how I can fix this and get this great tool working again ?

This is not an issue with NHSEO, if the symbol is in your system tray it hasn't closed and is still running. There should not be any circumstance when NHSEO quits out without at least giving an error message, without an error message there isn't much I can do tbh.

When you see the logo in the system tray try to click on it and let me know what it says/does.
