If the DB has become malformed there is likely nothing that can be done to retrieve the information.

You can send me the DB and I will look into it to see if it is retrievable but more often than not a malformed database is an unrecoverable issue.

Malformed DBs usually occur when the system is reset or the software is forcibly closed while it is trying to write to the DB causing it to become corrupt.

Like I said before this is a potentially unrecoverable error. If you would like to send me the database I will see if I can fix the database.

To be honest the chances of being able to recover it are pretty low but I would be happy to give it a go for you.
