Cant create Profile!

Hi,

I have just downloaded the Trial of NHSOE.

I installed, updated, and set it up via the Wizard.

Whenever i try to create a profile under "Add profile", it doesnt appear in the profile list of the main screen.

it doesnt matter how many keywords i am using, if i just fill out the main page and leave the other boxes to standard, the profile just dont want to appear.

Do i something wrong or could this be any kind of bug.

Any sort of help would be appreciated.

This is usually because NHSEO is opened more than once in very quick succession so that it does not have chance to check for existing instances. This creates multiple locks on the database preventing any instance from being able to save any settings or profiles.

You should close any extraneous instances, if you cannot find these instances you can restart your system. Then simply load up NHSEO once and all should be fine, you will need to run the setup wizard again as your settings will not be saved.
