Maximum Links Per Day

Hello,

I'm thinking to set 100-200 max links /day/profile , is this a good idea or should I leave it unlimited (0) ?

It is really a personal preference thing. If your site is new or doesn't have a huge amount of backlinks maybe it would be best to leave it at 100 for a while so it gradually builds up its links profile.

And if not ? Its 1year old and has 320 backlinks. Google don't penalizes for to many backlinks/ day ?

320 is really not many links.

This topic is one with no definitive answer as to what is good, bad, right or wrong. Most people prefer to start out strongto keep things looking natural. If you only have 320 links after a year it may not look natural to be gaining that many every day out of nowhere.
