Captcha Sniper

Postby alikhan00007 » Fri Mar 30, 2012 10:37 am

I have installed Captcha Sniper on my 32bit machine. When I click on the Captcha icon to start to run the programme with my no hands seo.

I initially get an error message saying Path/File access error-75

Then the Captcha Sniper progrmame loads up and i then select captcha image 16 and 30.

I then run a test captcha sniper from my no hands seo. I get the following message.

Failed: Check Captcha Sniper is running and nothing else is using port 80 and that you have a Captcha types 16 and 30 selected.

I know nothing is running in port 80.

Has anyone come across this problem and solved it?

Thank you so much!

If you are getting an error when you load CS this is very likely the issue. You should contact CS support about this.

If you are also using Skype, try closing Skype then rumming Captcha Sniper.

Skype listens to port 80 also.

If that does not work try this:

You can use the ?netstat? command from command prompt to determine which program is using any port.

Follow these steps:

1. Click Start, type cmd in the Start Search box, and then press ENTER.
If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the password, or click Continue.
2. Type netstat ?o and hit enter.
This will provide a list of ports, along with the PID (process ID) that has those ports open.
3. To determine what executable is running as a process ID, open Windows Task Manager and switch to the Processes tab.
4. Now click on View->Select Columns.
5. On the screen that opens, make sure "PID (Process Identifier)" is checked and then click OK.
6. Now click on the PID heading to sort the entries by PID.
7. Get the PID numbers from command prompt and verify from task manager.

NOTE: Check only for TCP or UDP protocols as port 80 is TCP/UDP.

im also getting the same Error im running nohandsseo and captcha sniper 1.5 beta on a cloud VPS and my Realvnc says this:

Connection test succeeded.

VNC Server and your network are correctly configured to accept connections over the Internet.

However, please note that VNC Server appears to be behind a NAT router with IP address 69.x5.XX.XX. If you are connecting from outside your LAN, then you will need to use this IP address.

i also get the

I then run a test captcha sniper from my no hands seo. I get the following message.
Failed: Check Captcha Sniper is running and nothing else is using port 80 and that you have a Captcha types 16 and 30 selected.
any ideas of how to get this to work with the NAT and i checked and port 80 isnt running anything else and i guess i need to figure a workaround on my windows 7 VPS machine to get captcha sniper to work... i wish there was an option in sniper to change the port...

I'm sorry guys but I do not have anything to do with Captcha Sniper and am not the right person to be supporting it. The CS guys are generally very helpful and should be able to point you in the right direction of how to get it up and running.
