How Long To Run This?

Good day,

I'd like to know how long should I run this tool on a website on a daily and weekly basis? I'm guessing that if I let it just run continously for a site, it may create too many low quality backlinks? Also, do I have to alter the length of syndication time with more and more 'projects' or sites installed?

Finally, how often should I run this per week? Every day, every couple of days, ? I do know it's really up to me, but I'd like to hear your experience.

Ah, one more question. What is the recommended way to get more sites to link too? I gather that I can add more auto approve sites into the mix, but I've had little luck finding them where they haven't been spammed to death already using tools like scrapebox.

I personally run the tool as often as I remember to start it up. The only time I stop it from running on my VPS is when I need to restart it or when I have to do something that could interfere with it or something like that. I have never understood the theory of too many links being a bad thing when you are talking (realistically) a max of around 2k links with all absolutely optimal settings.

Unless you are using lots of AA lists you are very unlikely to get too many links. I think you will find that the links you do receive will be on a real mix of domains and definitely not all be low quality (check this thread to see what I mean).

I would say that all, yes I mean every single one, AA lists are complete trash. Every time a list of AA blogs is released every person that has access to it will send as many links to every blog in that list which will result in the blog either being completely spammed and of no use for ranking, have all comments removed and comments set to moderate or comment forms removed altogether.

For ranking benefit I find using private proxies for searching, no limits to PR/OBL or bad words (most links and a great range of quality) and at least 5 profiles and just leave it running. With these kinds of settings I can get great link numbers and a noticeable increase in rankings.
