Built-in Pinger versus the NH Pinger.

I have a question. I noticed that NHSEO has a built in pinger to ping to custom ping addresses. Is the list the same list as the separate No Hands Pinger? If so, will it be just as effective just running the NHSEO bult in pinger, instead of the separate pinger? Or is it more effective to use the separate pinger as well?

When using No Hands Pinger it takes a job away from NHSEO so it can spend a bit more time searching and building backlinks as opposed to pinging. There is no benefit to it other than the saved time.
