Outdating Version Error

After I updated No Hand SEO to the newest version, I face this problem and can't get into the program.
Before an updated I still can use it.

I try to uninstall and reinstall the lastest version from the member area, still can't solve it.




Also I try following the guide from this thread, still can't fixed

This could be similar to the issue mentioned in this thread here. Other than when this is meant to happen the issue could be caused by a proxy or AV software tampering with the login request.

also I've try to disable my antivirus before re open the program still face the problem.

still can't use it, before updating I've not face this problem before but after an update I can't use NHS anymore.

All I can really suggest is to make sure you are using the latest version, you can get the latest version from the members area here. And that you do not have any redirects set in your windows .hosts file or anything else that could interfere with the login request.

The error is thrown when the login request is given a message of the version being outdated (not the case here as there are no outdated message being given at this time) or when the login request is tampered with.

Is your AV software AVG? What version of Windows are you running? If you have any other No Hands software are any of those having issues loading?

Yes, I load the newest version as show in the screenshot above but I got an error msg.
My AV is Kaspersky, using Windows 8.1

Now, I'm trying to remove NHS with revo uninstaller program and restarting then re install it.

Will tell you the result.

Hi there, after I totally remove NHS with revo program and restart my computer one time and then re-install it now I can use the newest version.

So the problem solved.
