I am getting this error each time

I would suggest to update to the latest version today and then do the following:
In No Hands Proxies, go to Settings tab and click the No Hands SEO button.
In No Hands SEO go to the Settings tab and run the Setup Wizard.

What is No hand proxy?
DO i need to purchase it too?

Not if you want to run without proxies or is you already have your own proxies.

What are you using for proxies currently? I ask because that message should only pop in the log if you have a minimum # of proxies that is required before NHSEO will run and not enough working proxies.

If you are running without proxies you should not have anything set in this value. If you are periodically auto checking the proxies you are at a point where not enough of your proxies are working for their intended purposes. This can be remedied by lowering search threads such that your search proxies are not getting burnt out, not test your proxies or not set a minimum amount of working proxies.

No Hands Proxies is optional for all users, generally all users will get better results with private proxies, just that private proxies can be expensive every month.
