I'm new to the forum, so go easy on me. when I try to open no hands with new update v2.33.7.0, it gives me database locked out. I have uninstalled and reinstalled still same problem.
I have downloaded
No hands proxie
no Hands pinger
no hands indexer
am I missing anything. any help would be appreciated.

If you are running on a Mac with VMWare or something similar you will need to be using the Portable versions of the software to ensure proper running.
If you are running on Windows ensure that you do not already have NHSEO running, by default it minimises to system tray in the bottom right of your screen. Restarting will ensure that NHSEO is not running and would also help in case of another application having a lock on your database.
