Create Tier 1

I recently deleted all the Profiles in the Software and set up new ones.

After the Campaign had finished, I then tried to create a Tier 1 for it and it gave a popup stating it could not add the Tier Profile, maybe due to one already existing.

However, that is not the case and it seems to have left old ones behind even after they had been deleted.

Is there a fix for this or work around?

I would have to look at it before being able to release a fix. I just tried deleting and re-adding a profile and then creating a tier profile and it seemed to work OK. I am not really sure why this would happen.

Would you be able to follow this guide here so that I could take a look at your DB specifically to see what happened with the removal/adding of profiles. Also please let me know the profile that you are trying to setup a tier for, ID is fine.

Hi, sorry question: is any created Video tutorial how to create Tiers ( tier 1, tier 2 ect) because can't find this info. Please Help

Currently all video guides can be found here but there is not one for creating tier profiles.

Creating a tier profile is very simple really, you can do it when setting up your profile by using the "Tier Linking" options in the "Link Settings" tab, to enable just check the "Make Backlinks to backlinks of this profile" and make any changes you want.

You can create a tier profile of any profile by right clicking on your desired profile in the profiles list and selecting "Create Tiered Profile"
