Detach licence with no access to computer

Hello,

I have a problem. I've had one NHS installed on a windowsazure virtual machine. I've had a trial subscription and now I can't upgrade to pay as you go so I need to move the software i've had there to another VM. The problem is I don't have access any more to the virtual machine to use the "Detach license". So how can I detach the license from that VM?

I have reset the machine list a number of times over the past few days, it is likely your license link to that machine has already been erased
