Where? You should be able to see the url in the new version, nothing about the display of the profiles has been changed.

From the looks of the screenshot you posted the first line of the text you input to the "Page Address(es)" textbox was "SITE URLS:", that is the only reason that would show in the profile list. That text is not present anywhere in the code for No Hands SEO and would not replace the first page.

In the latest version the profile address (the one that shows up in the profile list) is the page at the top of the list of pages entered into the "Page Address(es)" input.
