no hands pinger fail

ok so I ran the 7 day trial without no hands pinger, I ended up buying nhseo and just downloaded nh pinger today. the backlinks I have from nhseo that weren't pinged i tried using nohands pinger but when i load the list and try to run it it says not responding. next, i set no hands pinger to work with nhs how do i have it ping those back links? i and lastly with the links i have, when i had them checked just about all of them were not pinged yet in settings it was set to be pinged. plz help

The pinged column in the No Hands SEO only shows Y if it was pinged by NHSEO, not by a third party service or software so I wouldn't read too much into that.

If you have checked the box to use No Hands Pinger and saved the settings all newly created links will be automatically sent over to No Hands Pinger for pinging. Have none of the links been sent to NHP? You should see them showing up in the list of pages inside NHP no more than a few seconds after the link is mentioned in NHSEO
