Database error

I was running No Hands overnite and awoke to this error today:

Database thread has errored: Library used incorrectly
No transaction is active on this connection

Has anyone else run into this problem? Thanks in advance.

I've never heard of anyone having this issue before, has your hard drive run out of free space?

That looks like a SQLite issue doesn't it?
