Unable to restre settings

Hello Admin ,
I am using portable version.It works great until i need to format my pc.I zipped the whole folder and sent it to cloud.
When i unzip it again on the new formated pc.It gives " your login information could not be found " although i entered it perfectly.

I figure out that when i download a new portable version on the new formated pc it works fine.

But ineed to reenter my profile settings and loss a work of a mounth on NOHANDSSEO.

If possible please help me how can i restore the db settings.

Providing you copied the whole portable folder over there shouldn't be a problem. Make sure you have a DATABASE.db3 file in your portable folder and that the folder itself is in a location where you don't need admin rights to read/write from files, somewhere like "My Documents" folder and it should work.

The main thing to check is that the DATABASE.db3 file is in your portable folder as that contains all settings and profiles.

Thanks for your fast reply.I did copied it to my documents folder and the main problem exist.
I will pm you full copy with database if you can help that..

I checked your database and it is malformed, I can't even connect to it with my DB test program. If you still have the zip/rar file I would try extracting again and hope that it just happened when extracting. If the problem occurred when zipping up the file it may not be retrievable. Usually I would try and correct and malformations but without being able to connect to it it won't be possible on that DB file I am afraid.
