Block Domain Extensions

Is it possible to block a domain extension?

For example in the "Domain Block List" can I put *.ru in there to block all .ru extensions?

Yeah it is possible but don't put *.ru just put .ru

Do be warned though that doing that will also block domains like www.runaway.com because it also contains .ru in it but really it isn't likely to create many instances like that.
