Hello,
I have reached my maximum amount of downloads for my no hands account, but after rebooting all my pc's I need to re-install them all in which it will not let me, is there anyway I can be allowed more downloads, I have e-mailed the support team but had no reply?

Your request was handled within about half an hour. In future please do not repeatedly post support requests to multiple places as it just increases the amount of work I have to do.
