Adding Target URLs Progress

I have added a list of target URls to a profile. How do i see them and the progress of the list. Once i add them, i cant seem to find the list in the software.

Is there any way to see the progress of the software as it goes through the list of the imported target Urls?

No because they are just treated like targets that are found by searching the search engines.

If i add new target lists to a profile over time and some of the target urls appeared in a previous list and have been previously posted to... will the software know that the links have already been posted or will it post to the urls again.

No Hands SEO won't ever try to re-post to the same URLs it has already posted to. Adding URLs will bypass the "post to single page per domain" rule though as it is assumed that the user has taken this into consideration when compiling the list.
