Hello.
Sometime back, I had problems where I could not login to the software and you tried to help me out.
Nothing we tried seemed to work, so the only way to get NHSEO working was the portable one, which has been working fine.

So today, I updated the software.... made sure there was no files on my machine at all (I used revo uninstaller) and tried my luck again with the full software... Same issues as before.... (thats sucks)

So I deleted my old portable and decide to use the new portable...

Now my problems begin...
Any profile I add, does not "add to profile"
And it says TRIAL, which I assume means its not going to work as the full paid version.

Checking through the log files.... I see

Database thread has errored: The database disk image is malformed

I am not sure why it is saying trial, I just checked and it doesn't seem to have been packed incorrectly, it may be something to do with the download so you could always redownload from the members area to check to see if it was a download issue.

As for the malformed database this is slightly more serious. This happens when NHSEO is closed suddenly while it is still saving info to the database. Retrieving the data is not always possible and is not a simply thing. If you would like me to try and recover it for you you can zip or rar it and upload to a free file hosting site such as mediafire.com and PM or email me the link and I will take a look at it as soon as possible.

I downloaded the full one again... (did a full unistall with revo firs), the setup the program. I made sure I run it as administrator, but when I entered my email address and password (I just changed it again), it still keeps coming up with "Your Details could not be found"

I would really prefer to use this over the portable version... and its now 2 days I have missed out on, so I will attempt to download the portable from the members area and see what happens... my email is juicedesig.... I am sure you can find me as a paid member and that I contacted you quite a few months back....

Ill post if I cannot make the portable work....

If you like... you can jump on teamviewer and check it yourself....

EDIT:
I redownloaded the portable and have the same trial version....

I figured it out...
When I did the revo uninstal it removed what I thought was everything... except the details in the documents/ folder.... So this time I deleted that folder, reinstalled NHS and its good to go....
