System OBL max value not being respected

It appears that the max OBL setting, in the settings tab, is not being respected.

I believe it works properly if you specify a max OBL on the profile settings, but globally it's not.

I have it set to 2,000 OBL max and I'm seeing sites with 160,000 OBL.

I do realize that it's entirely possible that there were less than 2,000 links when it posted, but since then more have been created. However, in the past I noticed that the numbers were consistently at or below the OBL limits I set.

Would you mind posting here or PMing me a page or two that has this amount of outbound links. In my testing the OBL limit seems to be working but I haven't found a page with that many OBL on so it is possibly something to do with the amount of links on a page.

Hopefully it is something simple that can easily be fixed ready for the next update.
