This is usually the cause of a bad proxy being set in your Windows
connection settings, there is a guide on the support forum which explains
how to remove this proxy which I have linked below:
Remove Windows Proxy

If this is not the case it is likely an AV or firewall software that is
preventing the login request to the login server. You should be able to set
an exception for NHSEO in whatever AV / firewall software you are using.
