How long should i run

So I have a site on a aged domain approx 1 year. currently lacking in the backlinks
How long should we run the app each day?
What is the most links we should get i guess is a better question?

You should run for as long as you like. I have been running NHSEO non stop for about 4 weeks now with the preceeding 4 weeks being almost non stop on 5 different domains and have seen nothing but traffic improvements. I know some people say you need to be careful of how many links you create every day but I have never seen a problem with creating hundreds of links per day.

If you want to air on the side of caution you could set the max number of links per day to 50 for each profile, or any number you feel comfortable with.
