This is usually due to a bad proxy being set in the Windows connection settings. There is a guide on the support forum which explains how to remove this proxy at the link below:
remove windows proxy

If this is not the cause then it is likely because of an AV or firewall software that is blocking access to the login server. Setting an exception in this security software will fix this.

No. There is no proxy and no AV on this machine (dedicated Laptop for NHS)

In that case is it possible to install TeamViewer and PM or email me the login details so I can take a look at it.

The only reason for this error is an inability to contact the login server, this means it must be to do with some software / hardware blocking access or some proxy setting. I would be happy to take a look at it for you.
