Option to Append To Proxy Output File rather than overwrite

It would be nice to have an append option for the proxy output, so that multiple PCs running NHP can update the same master list locally & remotely.

If you can do this by tomorrow Jimbo, I will be impressed.

Appending a file is really quite simple, the issue with it is that there will be no mechanism to remove non-working proxies. What that would mean is that as time goes on the list would grow from around 2k to 10k then more but there would still only be around 2k working proxies in the list so any tool using that list would be running less than optimally.

Could you not include an option to also manage the master list?
That way, on a pre-defined schedule, the master list could be checked for live/dead proxies and remove dead proxies accordingly.
It sounds simple to say but not sure how complicated the programming would be for this.
