IP Black List Option

Hello,

It can be good for me if I can block IP address that before checked.. I'm scanning for working proxies many times in a day but NoHandProxies Program can catch same IP addresses these already scanned at morning.. I want to import IPs these I don't want to re-scan and program can pass them

Sorry for my english but you understand me..

Caveman english: What I want
-Import IP addresses that dont want to check again
-Program pass these IP addresses and not check them again
-Save times and get new fresh IP lists
