is it possible to create gmail accounts with no hand proxies if yes so what proxies are best for gmail accounts any settings or help will be appreciate

Not to create the accounts but you can check if the proxies are banned for making accounts at Google by simply checking the box next to the option labelled "Google Accounts" in the Proxy Testing Settings tab. Save the settings and then any new proxy will be checked whether it can be used for signing up for a Google Account.
