Hi,
I wish to constantly upload fresh proxies to a url own by me so that I can use some automation tools to constantly grab fresh proxies from that url.

How should I do that?

my ideal solution should be using FTP upload to http://mydomain.com/proxies.txt

how do i create a FTP to upload file to that folder?

Go to Settings tab, click Unlock Advanced Settings then go to Output Proxies and click the "Upload To FTP" and then fill in all of the details to create the job to output the options.

There is a test button to ensure you have your FTP settings correct.
