This is usually the cause of a bad proxy being set in your Windows connection settings, there is a guide on this support forum which explains how to remove this proxy which can be found here

If this is not the case it is likely an AV or firewall software that is preventing the login request to the login server. You should be able to set an exception for No Hands SEO in whatever AV / firewall software you are using.
