Find relevant keywords to your business by using Google Keyword Planner tools and combine 3 or 4 keywords in single sentence and use it as a long tail keywords.
for example if you choosen keywords like
seo company
seo services
seo companies
you can form long tail keyword just like
cheap and best seo services company.

Long tail keyword is the combination of primary and secondary keywords and it comes in lengthy format. nearly 7 to 10 words will be present here.
