Fibre Optic instead of VPS

Hi All,

Dont know if I've posted in the right area here, I rarely use forums, but I'll give it a go!

Its been awhile since I have used NO Hands SEO, have been using another on a Windows VPS, I have a spare machine and was thinking of using that on fibre optic broadband, with NO Hands and a few other tools, instead of a VPS has anybody done this if so any problems?

I run on my home connection from time to time, less so now I have a VPS that I can leave on all day but I used to all the time. There is nothing stopping anyone from doing this other than obviously you need to have your machine running whenever you want to be posting. I would advise using proxies though.
