Setting for pages

I have a site with about 4000 pages. Wondering if I have to put each page in the Pages tab with the corresponding anchor text. Or, can I check the Website Option box and check off "crawl website to promote inner pages"?

You can either enter them manually or allow NHSEO to find them for you. If you let NHSEO find the, you can choose to use the meta keywords and/or title as its anchor text but if your website page structure is not correct it may not find some of these internal pages.
