IP Address Reported for Spam

Hi - I have gone to quite a few websites here lately & they say this IP address has been reported for spam & I have to verify before entering site.
I just pulled up the most recent & it has my personal IP listed on: http://www.stopforumspam.com/removal

I thought this was what the Use Proxy Harvester is for...am I incorrect? How can I prevent my IP address from showing & becoming banned & reported as spam?

Private proxies are the only way.
Buy a pack of 5-10 proxies, set NHSEO on low settings and hope you dont burn them out.

i get proxies at black hat world forum, some guy there updates a list twice a day, you can load them in directly or go to another site which checks them 1st. whenever i use proxies i get a lot of virus warnings FYI. I also use a free program, called ultrasurf 12.01 and sometimes i use the built in scrapper. sometimes i do all of the above hope that helps. one other thing you could do is buy a VPS, im probably going that route soon.
