Nofollow why ? It is true ?

I'm thinking about buying this program, but I've red a lot info about that the program adds only nofollows link, it is true ? If not could you explain me how it works ? Becouse us we know we don't need nofollow backlink, they are useless

All links can be useful and not all links are no-follow links. The main thing with any linking pattern is that the links are relevant, on a mix of domains and hosts, have a range of qualities with good ones mixed in and that are across all pages of your website.
