QUESTIONS from a newbie

Hi everyone!
I'm on the trial week for NHS & NHS Proxies. I finished with all the setups and seems to be working fine, BUT... if someone could help with some questions would be great!
So far this what I see: Verified links: 101, Posted 2085, Pages 73, keyword progress: 1/14, whois: 2070/5509 - To be honest I don't even know the meaning to a full understanding (I'm just learning)
1 - How do I find out if the backlinks are really linking to my site
2 - It's running already for the last 5 hours... how long should it continue? do I stop it?
3 - how often do I run it? everyday?
4 - Do I have to add/change proxies? if so, how often?
5 - Is there a way to check each backlink as which keyword is working with it?

Please help from the pros!!!

1) If you entered your website / webpage address then the links will indeed be linking to that website / webpage. You could also export the links to a .txt file and visit them manually.
2) You run for as long as you want to build links, there is no time limit or minimum time, it is all down to what you want.
3) As often or as infrequent as you want
4) If you are using No Hands Proxies and have set it up correctly (click No Hands SEO in NHP and done the Setup Wizard in NHSEO and not touched any other settings in NHSEO) and you have NHP running before you run NHSEO you do not need to touch proxy settings in NHSEO ever
5) You can right click your profile and export the links to a .txt file

Hi Jimbobo, and everyone else out there.

I downloaded and ran the software today - great result - I got 37 'verified' backlinks in about 10 minutes - amazing! But back to question 1 that batgirl asked...I tried checking the backlinks via a 3rd party online site, but found that I have 0 links. Is there a turnaround time for these links to 'register'?

This is explained in this post about why links don't show up in search engines and link trackers.

Basically some will, most won't. How long it takes is anyone's guess. The reason is that the 3rd party link checkers only have limited resources and search engines don't want you to know what links they recognise.

Thanks Jimbobo...I'm already ranking on page 1 for a keyword - very niche, low competition keyword, but to get that kind of result in 2 days is well...amazing! Muchos Gracias!
