No Hands and high pr press release sites

I have invested in a few high quality press release distributions to some high pr sites and was wondering if it would be a good idea to auto ping or index the PR pages with my press release on them with the No Hands tools, (pinger and indexer). These sites are already "loved by Google" so would it be a waste of time?

Same question for the main NHSEO app, would I be wasting my time, or worse, shooting myself in the foot?

I cannot speak for the sites specifically as I don't know how they handle their inner linking but it is possible that some of the sites will not post public links to newer press releases and therefore it is possible some of them will go unnoticed. If that is true for a number of them it would be a good idea to at least ping them.

I have used NHSEO to promote groups of links that I have purchased in the past to get them a little boost, I have used NHSEO with Web2.0 lists, press releases as well as guest post links.
