Cannot update

When I try to update to V2.17.10.0 through the software, it goes to the proccess, but at the end, I still have the older version,and still got the active button to update the software.

Any help with this, please?

If NHSEO is not fully shut down when the update is happening the updater won't be able to overwrite the executable program file, you should be notified of this by the installer.

Restarting your machine will allow the installer/updater to finish updating.

Thanks for the reply. The installer says that everything is ok and the program is updated, but when prompted to start the program, it opens and iti is aold version.
I did restart the computer, but no help.
Again, the installer runs smoothly and I have the message that the program has been updated, no clue what is happening.

All I can really suggest then is to try going to the members area and downloading the latest installer from there and using that to update. You won't lose any settings or profiles by using that to update.
