I'm glad you are liking NHSEO.
1) When the whois list has been exhausted NHSEO will be searching Google and/or Yahoo to find targets to post links to for that profile. This actually happens while the whois posts are being done but continues after the whois list is finished.
2) If you are adding a new profile you will want to add in your desired anchor texts, search keywords are actually optional and NHSEO will find plenty of targets to post links to without them, if you are not concerned with getting relevant backlinks it is fine to enter it without any search keywords. However if you want the most links possible it is likely a better idea to add some generic keywords with just 1 word in them as they tend to produce more results and over time more links.
After a while of using generic search keywords you will start to get a better idea of what search keywords will work best for getting the most links, for example I used to use Apple and other tech related 1 word keywords to get lots of links really quickly.
It can take a while to work through the search job queue (an hour or more per profile) if you are just using 1 searching thread, NHSEO will promote these other profiles eventually it just has to work through them.
