Doing any sort of commenting/trackback submitting to blogs will likely end up in something being on Akismet's filter. A site of mine that has been on Akismet's filter for years since I used to do a lot of manual blog commenting gets just as many backlinks with NHSEO than any other profile. Akismet is used on only about 40% of blogs and the blogs that are set to auto approve will not have akismet on, also being on akismet list could be temporary and has 0 effect on any search engine rankings.
Being on Akismet's filter list is only an issue if you want to go back to doing manual commenting. With the way NHSEO submits a different email address, rotates webpages and comments, rotates proxies on every submission and much more you are far less likely to end up on the list than using any other tool that promotes through blogs but it is always quite likely you will get filtered at some point.
NHSEO can be used on website or webpage, new, old, self-hosted, third party hosted, facebook, youtube, myspace... any website or page. It has a system for quick indexing of websites so it is made for getting new sites indexed and ranking. In the full version you can throttle the amount of work done by lowering the threads.
You can have as many profiles running as you want at the same time, if you have 10 profiles it will be doing the same amount of total work but it will spread the amount of links you receive across all 10 profiles.
