Does not Work - Followed Instructions

I am not seeing anything register on the main interface having followed all the instructions. The logs stopped working as well. Please advise.

How do you mean the log is stopped if nothing happened? Surely if nothing is happening it wouldn't have started as opposed to having stopped.

What exactly are you trying to do? Are you entering your list of pages manually or having them imported from NHSEO? Are they importing and not being processed?

Hi jim, since last update, it seems that NHSEO doesnt forward anything to indexer. Everything is blank and when i check the log, nothing is happening. Before the update everything was running fine. What has changed?

Nothing in No Hands SEO with regards to the indexing services (inc. No Hands Indexer and No Hands Pinger) has been changed in a very long time, I have them all running along just fine on my test server so there is no issue with them.

There has just been an update released for No Hands Indexer and No Hands Pinger that can be had by hitting the update button in each of the software, these have lots of small improvements so it is a good idea to grab them but none of the versions should have any issues importing links from NHSEO.

Jim, when I manually import profiles to indexer it works, but it doesn't do it automatically no more. The box is checked and saved. I restarted everything including pc, but it just wont go automatically no more.

Are you using the latest versions of both No Hands Indexer and No Hands Pinger?

You can check in the "My Documents\No Hands Indexer\Import\" folder to see if No Hands SEO is sending the links correctly, if this folder is empty it either means there are no links being sent over or that NHI has already imported them.

The folder is indeed empty. I am using the latest versions. I dont mind manually importing them, I am just not sure what I have to do for my current profiles. They are still running and I have manually imported all by selecting all profiles then right mouse click and imported them all to indexer. But NHSEO is still making new links, so lets say 1 month later, can I just select all and import them again? Will the indexer skip the ones that are already indexed?

If when you click to "Export to No Hands Indexer" the pages are sent over to No Hands Indexer then there is no issue with the links being sent from NHSEO or received by NHI. You should make sure that in your Settings=>Indexing tab in NHSEO that you have both options for "No Hands Indexer" and "No Hands Pinger" are checked and that you save the settings.
