I think I replied to your post on the other forum. You can insert the anchor using the %ANCHORTEXT% tag. There is a large list of different tags that can be entered automatically by simply choosing it from the list when you click on the "Insert Tag" button in the Custom Comments form.

I explain a lot about why your example comment was a bad idea so I would suggest you to check that out my response there as there is little point in me writing it all out again.

If you look at the example outputs while typing you would see that your comments do not read very well or make much sense, for example some of the possible outputs from what you wrote are:
To get more fun game the %ANCHORTEXT%Dragon city i use Dragon city hack
For funny game the %ANCHORTEXT%Dragon city i use Dragon city hack
To get funny playing the %ANCHORTEXT%Dragon city you can use Dragon city hack

Where %ANCHORTEXT% is the anchor text of a link you are posting. If you enter in your profile details and click the Show Example Comment it will show the exact comments that will be posted along with your links and you will see that they don't make much sense and how the tags work. Using the Show Example Comment you will see exactly how things will look when they are posted.
