Hi guys ave been trying to login for a long while now,nothing seems to work.
The software was alright all this long till i transferred it to my Guest Windows installation.

Changed the password a couple times but to no avail.
Would appreciate your help.

If you added any non-alphanumeric characters in your password make it a more simple password, i.e only containing numbers and letters.

What exactly is the message you are receiving.

Am getting a pop up box box with the message "User and pass do match a valid user" ..everytime i try logging in

Just changed the password to letters only and it worked! Thanks alot for the help
